We love this app. The reviews flow in through the credens website and it allows you to review before publishing. It's a great central location to view your reviews and testimonials and I would definitely recommend.

The product is highly customizable and the team is amazing. I couldn't achieve certain layout within the app, so their team helped out with custom CSS to get the desired look. 5 stars for great support!

Credens is a really well thought out app. Support are responsive to customers needs also. Previously it had a limitation which mean't I couldn't use it (the review emails were being sent out relative to order placed rather than order fullfillment date), but credens took on board the feedback and actually over delivered with a solution that actually added a lot more useful functionality. Some additional testing was required however as the added components did not work initially. This mean't that the app did not work for several months

This app is wonderful. Anytime I change over to a new theme, I will just email them and they will add my reviews where I specify. Love this app and their customer service. They are fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a way to display reviews on my website and this app did the trick. Since my jewelry is mostly one of a kind, I wanted to be able to just collect reviews all in one place on a reviews page instead of just on the products themselves (since these mostly get archived once they're sold) and this app gave me that capability! I like how it automatically emails buyers after purchase to prompt for a review as well. Most importantly, Afreedi & team are the best and have been SO incredibly helpful and responsive with some small display issues I ran into with my theme. They addressed my issues pretty much immediately and even helped troubleshoot a new theme I was testing out that I hadn't even published yet. Thanks guys! <3

I am very pleased with this app. It is affordable and works as described for collecting testimonials and reviews. It is easy to use and anytime something has not worked as expected I have had awesome customer service that has resolved my issues. There are two reasons why I like this app. The first one is that it is easy to use and operates as intended. The second reason is the excellent customer service. You will receive a response to your inquiry in a timely manner and issues are resolved immediately. There are wide selection of apps to choose from on Shopify and no matter the cost the best apps are the ones with superior customer service. Give this app a try, it deserves more than 5 stars.
