I decided after much research to install this customer review app as I like the Free Plan to start and saw the positive reviews regarding the customer support. I'll be honest I have not had such great customer service with any other product. A special thanks to Afreedi who serves as an example of how customer service should be done.

Fantastic review app, the standout is the excellent customer service support this app provides. I had issues with clients receiving my review emails and received exceptional customer service from Afreedi a member of the customer service. What was even more satisfying was the fact that he was able to talk though the issue with me to help me clearly understand the issue.

We've been using this app since December 2017. It has changed much since then, but the main functionality only improved. The lazy loading script helps our website remain lightweight and doesn't impact the loading time much. Our customers love inspecting our review section, there are a lot of photos with interesting designs and setups. The only inconvenience with the plugin comes when you want to view big original photos uploaded by customers. The app uses only 480x480 thumbnail size images. We do a workaround by reuploading customers' images to our 'files' section of Shopify and assigning their URL in each of the reviews manually. Would be nice if this was done automatically.

I installed the app on december 2020 with the cheapest payed version. It needed some time to set up and make everthing working, but the support team is quite reactive, when you ask something they get it done usually within the next business day. Thanks Afreedi!

A really cool App. I have just installed the apps and using testimony sliders to showcase product review on my store on homepage. I really like the app so far and looking forward to test the other features this app has to offer. Aside from the cool features the app offers, I am really happy with the service of the team. I would definitely recommend!!

Great support from the team, they resolved my issue within no time. I am keen to give the app a full review once we have used it for a while, but at the moment all seems good. Easy to install and manage your reviews and complimented well by the excellent customer support.

I was looking for a way to enable customers to post testimonials and display these testimonials on my homepage. I liked the provided templates and the simple, customizable form that allows posting a review without asking the customers to do too much :) The support is excellent, great response times and service! I wholeheartedly recommend this app!

I used this app to organise my testimonial section on my website. It formatted beautifully with lots of options to customise reviews, and was super easy to use. When I noticed a little issue I reached out to the customer support via chat, and although they took a little while to get back to me, they fixed the issue and re-integrated all of my reviews for me. Great service!
