I have only very recently Installed this app, but already love it . I struggled to instal it after changing themes, but the support was both swift and complete. I haven’t got enough data to analyze as it is still early days for me. I have yet to add all the testimonials from other areas and platforms. Will feedback when I have more experience of the app.

This app is great, user friendly, and its free plan includes up to 10 testimonials. The other apps I saw included only 3-5 testimonials.

This is a great app for photo reviews! It's affordable and works great. My conversion rate has went up nearly 3% since using this app and having reviews on my website. The back end is easy to use and integrates nicely with my store. If you do have trouble, The EMV team will help you in a timely manner. They are really great to work with if you have an issue. I'm not the most tech savvy person, but they are and they are happy to help. Kemi and her team are amazing!

I had some problems importing reviews from Shopify App but nothing was too much trouble to resolve the issues with customer service being excellent. It's now much easier for my customers to leave reviews on my website thank you!

I've searched for an app that would work for my one of a kind products. Most apps attach to the product specifically so for unique items, they don't work. (although you can also set it up that way). This app works perfectly for me. Also, after looking at so many I was so confused so Kemi offered to set it up for me...and at no extra fee like many of the apps out there! They are quick to respond and eager to help. Now my customers can see what other people are saying about my work. June 17th 10:52PM : App is inaccessible on my admin and reviews do not show live on site either. I'll update the review when it is fixed. 1/12/23 I had complaints from customers that they were unable to upload testimonials. I was also billed twice for the month of December. I reported the issue, access to my store was requested and given, after a week nothing was done and I received no communication from the company. I also received no refund for the double charge.
