I had some problems importing reviews from Shopify App but nothing was too much trouble to resolve the issues with customer service being excellent. It's now much easier for my customers to leave reviews on my website thank you!

I've searched for an app that would work for my one of a kind products. Most apps attach to the product specifically so for unique items, they don't work. (although you can also set it up that way). This app works perfectly for me. Also, after looking at so many I was so confused so Kemi offered to set it up for me...and at no extra fee like many of the apps out there! They are quick to respond and eager to help. Now my customers can see what other people are saying about my work. June 17th 10:52PM : App is inaccessible on my admin and reviews do not show live on site either. I'll update the review when it is fixed. 1/12/23 I had complaints from customers that they were unable to upload testimonials. I was also billed twice for the month of December. I reported the issue, access to my store was requested and given, after a week nothing was done and I received no communication from the company. I also received no refund for the double charge.

I have installed this app and have received amazing and fast support from the team. They answered all my questions and customised the app for my shop. Great experience and definitely recommend. They have great templates to choose from.

This app works great. I am overall very happy with the app, and recently I had a small issue with the testimonials linking and I contacted support and within 1-2 days they had it fixed. The support is top notch.

Great app and great support. There is occasional downtime for our reviews page but other than that we have not had any issues. It's nice that we can have literally all of our reviews displayed at once.

We just installed this app and it looks great. We had a little trouble with the application set up but customer support was prompt. They had us up and running with just a couple of conversations via email.
