Absolutely LOVE this app! We would be lost without it. Very easy to use and runs seamlessly alongside our business, gift vouchers etc. They have a fantastic support team too who reply and assist very quickly. Keep up the great work guys!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really felt I had to for this app. The customer service is beyond amazing! They really took the time to help me figure out an issue even though it was outside of their regular hours. They responded right away and were able to get me all the information and details I needed to pinpoint where the issue occurred. They prioritized the emergency we were having even though it ended up being something on our end. They were super kind, courteous and professional. Mark was amazing to work with and I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive booking system.

We've used this app for several events, hosting over 2,500 customers each time. It's very easy to use. Special thanks to the support team – their assistance is outstanding. Whenever there's an issue, they really take the time to ensure you have the best experience possible and make sure your ticketing doesn't become a mess. ;)

Also, we took a minute to learn more about you and found a fun fact for our other customers: did you know Collector’s Garden in the Netherlands —formerly called “PokéGarden”— is one of the Netherlands’ biggest Pokémon fairs? Held at Jaarbeurs Utrecht with over 100 stands, cosplay contests, scavenger hunts, and even kids under 12 getting free Pokémon packs! 🎉

This is the perfect app for offering in-house classes and events. I looked as several event apps but they were targeted to selling tickets or admission to large events. Online platform commissions would take a big chunk out of sales. Experiences App is easy to set up and use. Love the auto email sequence when someone registers for a class. Customer service is off the charts - creating a video to walk me through some specific questions and then jumping in to make some small tweaks for my Shopify template.

Great app! Simple to use and pretty intuitive as well. Customer service on this is also fantastic - they have always gotten back to me with answers to my questions, typically in the same day.
