Absolutely LOVE this app! We would be lost without it. Very easy to use and runs seamlessly alongside our business, gift vouchers etc. They have a fantastic support team too who reply and assist very quickly. Keep up the great work guys!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really felt I had to for this app. The customer service is beyond amazing! They really took the time to help me figure out an issue even though it was outside of their regular hours. They responded right away and were able to get me all the information and details I needed to pinpoint where the issue occurred. They prioritized the emergency we were having even though it ended up being something on our end. They were super kind, courteous and professional. Mark was amazing to work with and I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive booking system.

We've used this app for several events, hosting over 2,500 customers each time. It's very easy to use. Special thanks to the support team – their assistance is outstanding. Whenever there's an issue, they really take the time to ensure you have the best experience possible and make sure your ticketing doesn't become a mess. ;)

Held at Jaarbeurs Utrecht with over 100 stands, cosplay contests, scavenger hunts, and even kids under 12 getting free Pokémon packs! 🎉

This is the perfect app for offering in-house classes and events. I looked as several event apps but they were targeted to selling tickets or admission to large events. Online platform commissions would take a big chunk out of sales. Experiences App is easy to set up and use. Love the auto email sequence when someone registers for a class. Customer service is off the charts - creating a video to walk me through some specific questions and then jumping in to make some small tweaks for my Shopify template.

This was exactly what we needed! An event app that integrated seamlessly with our existing Shopify store. I'm hosting a live event and wanted to sell tickets, plus we're giving away t-shirts so I needed to get their size which I was easily able to do during their checkout process. It was really easy to set up, and their customer support team is amazing. They walked me through any questions I had. I love that it comes with automatic replies already to your customer, and you can also set up a QR code for their ticket. It's really so simple and so perfect, thank you so much!

Really enjoying using this software in my online shop, but best of all is that if you get stuck on any issue, you can have a 1-1 session with Mark and they will just help you sort it out! Customer service like no other.

Simply amazing. I regret not having given it a try before now. Pricing is very reasonable for the functionality you get with this app. Support is second to none. The design is elegant and information is clearly presented which enhances customer shopping experience. The app is also well organised and easy to use. Another thing that really stands out with this app is their ability to communicate instructions/explanations clearly and thoroughly through their support documentation and tutorials, unlike many other apps which often contain ambiguous and poorly defined app-specific terms and half-explained instructions.

Very happy with the IT customer service, Mark was attentive and efficient in resolving my mistake. Got it taken care of over the weekend so one less thing to worry about on Monday morning.

I have been using Experiences for 3 seasons; getting pretty good at creating an Event and getting it on the system quickly. We changed Templates this past winter and when I released our list of Events our customers could not complete the check-out process. YIKES. The Experience folks helped me out -- on a Saturday morning -- and looked at things. They determined it was not Experiences but our new Template. Now I knew where to resolve the issue. So very thankful for their assist (even if outside of their scope of responsibility). Problem solved, bookings came in immediately!
