So easy to use, after dealing with the headache of another ticketing software I made the switch to this app and was able to get bookings for my tour up and running in record time! I had slight difficulty getting the calendar to look exactly how I wanted on my site (user error lol) and Mark reached out to me offering to jump in and help before I could even think about reaching out to him! He provided screen recordings of the changes he made and offered updated widgets to get things looking perfect! So glad I went with this app for my tour bookings!

Absolutely LOVE this app! We would be lost without it. Very easy to use and runs seamlessly alongside our business, gift vouchers etc. They have a fantastic support team too who reply and assist very quickly. Keep up the great work guys!

I usually don’t do reviews, but I really felt I had to for this app. The customer service is beyond amazing! They really took the time to help me figure out an issue even though it was outside of their regular hours. They responded right away and were able to get me all the information and details I needed to pinpoint where the issue occurred. They prioritized the emergency we were having even though it ended up being something on our end. They were super kind, courteous and professional. Mark was amazing to work with and I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive booking system.
