From the beginning till the end, nothing worked properly. I was in constant communication with the customer service (special thanks to Jordan and Mark for their support). But this was not working at all for us. So many technical difficulties that made me do the work manually… people didn’t get their tickets… I will try different apps for our next event.

Hi there, thanks for the shout-out to Jordan and Mark. We’re genuinely sorry for the stress this caused. We know how high-stakes it feels when an event is right around the corner. We did our best to jump in and help manage some of the hurdles, like the manual 'restocking' of tickets that accidentally cleared out your counts and the custom script we ran to bypass the attendee email settings. While we're glad we could get those tickets into your customers' hands before the event, we realize the learning curve for the app was steeper than expected in this case. We’re using your feedback to make our settings and notifications much clearer so other hosts don't run into these same roadblocks. We wish you nothing but the best with your future events.

This app was very disappointing and I would not recommend it to another store. Firstly the events massively oversold. The tickets sold extremely fast and it quickly became apparent that more than the ticket limit had been sold. When we realised, one of the events had oversold by 40% with another also overselling. We took them off sale immediately or this number could have been way worse. This has left us in an extremely difficult situation with our restaurant team having to cater for a massively increased event at such an extremely busy time which is not good. Also once the event information came through we could see there were some serious issues with the details that had been entered by the customers. Overall we feel the app has caused just a huge amount of issues.
