Impossible to buy less than 1000 tokens (75USD) even when we only need <100. Very unfortunate, greediness never works.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry you had a hard time purchasing credits. Our credit packages are designed for merchants who typically run larger imports, which is why our minimum package starts at 1,000 credits. We previously offered smaller packages, but over time we found that most merchants using our app needed larger imports, and focusing on those use cases allows us to provide better support. This decision wasn’t made out of “greed,” but to ensure we can serve merchants effectively. We sent you an email to see if there’s anything we can do to help get your orders imported. We never want a merchant to feel stuck, and we’d be happy to help you in find a solution.

This is a great app - detailed, functional and with great support. It's saving our team a lot of time in generating draft orders from a spreadsheet to avoid duplicated work.

VERY impressed with EZ Importer. We send out annual mailers (nothing beats Shopify's discounts on shipping) and used EZ Importer to bulk-upload our mailing list(s)!! Now, we can bulk-create shipping labels and get our holiday free-beez out all in one place. Very straight forward and EZ to use!

Did the app just break and is useable now?
The app is working fine; we haven't had any problems with any merchant uploads. You sent us an email about an order not being imported because the SKUs you uploaded could not be found in your store. We checked to see if there was a problem with the app or if the SKUs in your file were not in your store, and when we searched for the SKUs using Shopify's Product API, nothing came back. We let you know that our system treats the SKUs as case-sensitive, as our documentation clearly states, to see if there is a case-sensitivity issue. Instead of helping us troubleshoot your data, you told us we were incorrect and needed to fix it, even though the issue was with your file rather than our app. We tried to work with you to determine the issue, but you were unwilling to cooperate and sent us a short and frankly unprofessional response. We've always been willing to help merchants no matter what the problem. We're always happy to help if there are any upload errors, whether the error is with the data being uploaded or if something else is going on.

After spending 2 hours trying to import orders, I can say there is bad, worst and then comes this app. Template privided is useless. Fields are not recognized. Interface is confusing. Highly unrecommended.
I'm sorry you had such a hard time with the import and weren't satisfied with the app or templates we provide. We've always been upfront that it takes a little bit of work to get the templates correct (they are more of a starting point to help you get started) as migrating from another platform or CSV format isn't always straightforward. We also recommend testing before you do a full import which you didn't do. It's hard to get everything right without running tests, this is why we offer 50 free credits and give you the ability to delete orders and get credits back. As for fields not being recognized, we tried to help you as you didn't properly map the fields. Based on our email interactions and the logs of your imports, the issues you were having had to do with not reading through our documentation, as the things you are complaining about are configuration options clearly stated in our documentation and the in-app help. The app has no problem recognizing any fields, you just didn't map them properly even as we tried to help. We take feedback very seriously so thank you for being honest about your experience and we are always looking for ways to improve.

Sencillamente espectacular. La facilidad de uso es impresionante y la versatilidad para crear plantillas de importación con los datos exactos requeridos es fantástica. EZ is the simplest way to describe it. Once you import for the first time, you have the perfect template to import time and time again. We import large orders to save time and print massive amounts of labels instead of entering them individually. Their customer service department is fast to respond and will help you create your CSV template to make the process smooth and easy. Could never imagine holdiay season being the same if we had to enter everything on our own.

so difficult - there should be a basic quick version of this....if you dont need all of the data...though Elizabeth was quick coming with email help....if someone had been available for 20mins zoom or teams then we would have solved it...but here i am 6 hours later and no further forward
I'm sorry you had a hard time with the import and weren't satisfied with the support. We worked with you letting you know from the beginning that you didn't have all the data needed for the import. You were trying to import customer spend data directly, which the Shopify API doesn't support. We were up front about this from the beginning when you emailed in, even recommending that you look for another app in the app store that might be a better fit for you. We were clear from the start to try and ensure no time was wasted. We've always been very upfront about only offering email support and responded multiple times during the day and in a timely manner. We were very thorough in explaining what is needed and upfront when the app can't support the data you wanted to import. As for the refund you requested, according to our records you never purchased any credits so your account was never charged. You were still using the 50 free credits.

I panicked when I found out you could not import orders from Shopify and was so happy to find EZ Importer. I had some difficulty properly mapping the fields but Elizabeth was a lifesaver. She was beyond helpful and super responsive. Thank you for an amazing app and customer service.

Elizabeth in support has been super helpful at getting us up and running and addressing the issues we were having. The app isn't perfect with importing orders between Indiegogo and Shopify, but it has certainly helped streamline our fulfillment process.

If you are migrating from another platform - hands down the best we've found. Migrating over from Shift4Shop (formally 3dcart). We already migrated our customers over using .csv file manually. This app already has many other platforms mapped out for you, so pleasantly surprised to see ours listed. I just had to download the orders using .csv from Shift4Shop, check the mapping on the excel spreadsheet and upload it using this app. Had 7k orders to migrate and only cost $200.00 using this app - worth every penny. Took about 3 hours total to map the fields and then migrate all the orders. Do not hesitate to use this app - very affordable and makes migrating much easier.

Really good app. Had some issues trying to set up the import correctly, but they offer an amazing customer service. Elizabeth really helped me figuring out the best way to import our orders from our old Shopify account to the new one.

I can't stress enough what a game changer this app has been for me and my company. We were using another wholesale/bulk order app through shopify. That one cost is $100 a month and had the worst user interface. The EZ importer mapping took about an hour for me to figure out, but then I was able to save it and customize it as needed before each of the new corporate gift orders I had to upload. Its literally saved me days! When I have to import 450 orders here and 600 orders there and I can now do it in a matter of minutes with zero stress or tech glitches... I could cry with the relief! And the fact that you can import as many test orders as you want and then delete them without losing any credits is just incredible. It's made a massive difference to the learning curve of their platform and user friendliness. I'm just blown away. It's such a relief to find such an effective app but also coupled with their straightforward tutorials and extra user tips.. and its made my holiday season!

We used EZ Importer to import thousands of orders from our Kickstarter pledgemanager. The task was daunting. The customer service team at Highview did an INCREDIBLE job. We asked a ton of questions, well before we ever installed the app, and their answers were clear and thorough. The documentation is excellent - easy to understand, and matches the experience of the app. We have been able to import thousands of orders seamlessly. Yes, you have to learn how the app works, and you have to understand that imports via csv are an exercise in getting every detail exactly right. It's always like that. What makes EZ Importer unique is that they make the experience as effortless as possible. It's a great app, really well designed and functional, and the staff is even better.

I used this for importing crowdfunding campaign orders, and I must say... this was a LOT of work.... Creating the mapping should be more easier in my opinion. Was so daunting and required a lot of reading. Should be pre-selected automatically. Should be more intuitive and visually understandable. It took me more than 15 hours to set things up, did test-imports about 10 times, tweaked settings, and I still made mistake on the actual import! (Yes, my fault after all but I had to manually fix them until 4am) Not sure if I saved time or spend more time and money with this app. And I feel test-imports should not cost the credits. IT'S A TEST! Until you feel confident the settings are right, you shouldn't feel stressed about losing the credits. I still have couple more rounds to import so I hope I won't screw up next time. If you are using this app for one-time import, I am telling you now, it is gonna be a lot of work. If you are not a good reader....good luck.

I also wanted to let you know that you don't have to pay for test credits. We give you 50 credits for free that can be used for testing. When you delete any imports, the credits get added back. Doesn't really look user friendly at first.. it was actually very confusing for me to use. I worked it out after importing and testing many trials and error. Finally figure it out. My advice is to make your instructions clearer like you need to download the mapped info, edit it and re-upload again. That wasn't clear. Even if it was straightforward for some people, I felt it was better if you mentioned it anyway, otherwise for clueless people like myself find it very difficult to understand. Also your app could do a little clean up (too many info all over the place) because I did not know where to navigate first and it looks very intimidating to use. Overall I'm giving it 4 stars because I was able to upload all over 758 orders after much, much trial and error. So I was happy at the end. But do consider my feedback above which will greatly improve your app. Thanks!
