Support was OK and they did add UK English as it was not available. However the app is labour intensive. For each page or product or collection, you have to hit AI optimise on each of 5 or 6 fields. Half the time the AI produces results that break it's own rules e.g. you hit AI Optimise on Meta Title and it gives you over 80 characters and then says Meta Title too long (over 70 characters). Well then fix the AI to work within your own rules! Unfortunately this app is presently not fit for purpose so will go with a paid app. I guess you get what you pay for i.e. free app = poor experience.

I’ve tested quite a few SEO apps on Shopify, and this one really surprised me. It’s simple, smart, and actually saves time. The AI does a great job generating optimized titles and descriptions that are clean and SEO friendly. What I loved most is that it works fast and doesn’t overcomplicate things. For any store owner looking to improve their product SEO without spending hours writing, this app is a game-changer. Highly recommended especially if you want results without the headache!

Easy Peazy to set up and to use. We're really impressed with the quality of the content and images generated by EZ AI! We lookf forward to seeing increases in our web site pages performance with the help of this excellent app.

I'm truly thankful for the ease of use of this app. I have absolutely zero experience with how to optimize SEO and this app made everything so simple and easy. The changes that it made to improve each one of the listings in my store made a world of difference.

Useful to build an seo friendly store, and it would be better if you can fix the issue where manual edits (like image alt text) don’t save properly—changes disappear when reopening the product, while AI-modified saves work fine.
