no customer service AI writer is not the best and can't edit in backend. I bought and realized it marks everything wtih My print on demand partner. ANNDDD apparently no customer support if you dont pay the more premium price.

After I decide to uninstall the app, I realise I still have the code in my website and I can't delete it. I send multiples emails asking to remove the residual code but no answer from them. Now I'm hoping the Shopify to step in and to help me with this problem.
