Support was OK and they did add UK English as it was not available. However the app is labour intensive. For each page or product or collection, you have to hit AI optimise on each of 5 or 6 fields. Half the time the AI produces results that break it's own rules e.g. you hit AI Optimise on Meta Title and it gives you over 80 characters and then says Meta Title too long (over 70 characters). Well then fix the AI to work within your own rules! Unfortunately this app is presently not fit for purpose so will go with a paid app. I guess you get what you pay for i.e. free app = poor experience.
