Keer review for Shipway: Logistics Aggregation

Shipway has been one of the most disappointing courier partners we have experienced. We have shipped approximately multiple orders through Shipway, and m RTO shipments are still showing as “on the way.” More than 10–12 days have passed, yet we have neither received the parcels nor received a proper response from the Shipway team. There is no accessible contact number, and the customer service has been extremely unresponsive. This has been an unacceptable customer service experience.
