We’ve had a fantastic experience using the Shipway app for our shipping operations. It has streamlined our entire process, from generating shipping labels and manifesting orders to tracking shipments and managing NDRs, ensuring that each package reaches our customers safely. Our customer queries related to shipping and tracking have reduced multifold, and our operations team’s efficiency has increased so much that we’ve even reassigned some staff to new responsibilities. A special mention goes to Shivam Sharma, our point of contact, who has been exceptionally polite and helpful throughout. In my experience, this is a must-have shipping app for any small or medium D2C brand in India.

Shipway is a huge fraud company. Before activating your account, they call you repeatedly, and they even assign you a POC (point of contact). But after your account is activated and you’ve placed an order, they completely neglect your orders. They haven’t arranged a pickup for me for the past 10 days. This company is a waste of money; stay alert when dealing with them. Afterward, no one will answer your calls, and all the reviews here are fake.

Worst service from any shipment company ever. They will stop your COD remittance and block your account without any reason and they do not have any contact number. You can only create tickets on which they will never reply. Better go for Nimbuspost and Shiprocket at least they will not steal your money.

Exceptionally bad service. Two of my shipments have been RTO without contacting the customer. It was company address and two contact numbers were given. One shipment returned with 50% items missing. Other shipment is in my location but not delivered since August 26, 2024. I have raised ticket number 35918. Neither customer service is responding despite several follows... Nor my account manager. I am having to resort to this option because of no response to my issues raised.

I am writing this because I had a good experience in Shipway. Although I had issues regarding returns , where it took 1 month to deliver the RTOs, I want to specifically appreciate our POC Shivam Sharma, who was always available for any query and tried his best to understand our problem. He is one of the best people in Shipway. I would recommend Shipway if you are getting started but beware of their RTOs, they rarely come back on time

I have been using the Order Management System (OMS) provided by Shipway for quite a long time now. The system is incredibly user-friendly, efficient, and packed with features that have streamlined our order processing and tracking to a great extent. The real game-changer, however, has been the exceptional customer support provided by Rishabh. His responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction have been outstanding.
