Overall experience with Shipway is good. Aman Grover and Meetu Dhar ( KAM ) are very helpful in resolving the problems. They take feedbacks and resolve it in real time so we as sellers dont face any problems.

The Project Coordinator has been supportive and helpful in addressing ongoing logistics issues. However, we are still facing challenges with the logistics integration in certain areas, leading to increased RTO cases and customer complaints regarding deliveries. In some cases, parcels are returned without reaching customers, and there have also been instances of non-brand products being received in returned shipments. Additionally, claims for such cases have not been provided in most instances.

I have been working with shipway since 2023, great app with. excellent support team and my account manager Mr Naveen Singh. whatsapp flows are seamless, and actual support in verifying pickups and delays is on personal level.

Scam Alert ! I am writing this to warn every Shopify seller to stay far away from this service. They are engaging in a complete bait-and-switch scam; they initially promised that I would be charged on a "per label" basis, but instead, they have been illegally deducting funds for every single order received on my Shopify store—regardless of whether I used their service to ship it or not! For example, I had 100 orders and only used them for 20 shipping labels, yet they charged me for all 100. This is an unethical and fraudulent practice designed to drain your bank account. To make matters worse, their support team is refusing to acknowledge this daylight robbery, offering a pathetic 4k refund while keeping the vast majority of my hard-earned money. It would literally be cheaper and more honest to hire a full-time staff member for 20k a month to handle manual processing than to let these thieves touch your business. Do not be misled by their sales pitch—they are unprofessional, unethical, and a total fraud!
