COMPLETELY GARBAGE APP. When you try to install it and configure it with Shopify, it never works. Contacting support only results in being told to uninstall and reinstall, and requests for a call are never returned. Instead of wasting time on this app, look for another option. I would not recommend this app at all.

WARNING: Stay away from Shipway. In our experience, we lost a huge amount of money because of weight discrepancy charges that were automatically accepted in the backend without our knowledge. For more than 6 months, we had no idea these charges were being applied. When we finally audited our invoices, we were shocked to discover that lakhs of rupees had been deducted through questionable weight adjustments and auto-accepted claims. Always verify every weight dispute manually. Never assume the system is protecting your business. If you don't regularly audit your billing, you may keep losing money without even realizing it. This has been one of the worst logistics experiences we've had. We cannot recommend Shipway based on our experience.

one of the worst apps in the market, the app automatically fulfills orders without asking from us and even not print label. we have to manually find which orders are fullfiled by this app to manually ship them, total wste of time also the app lags at the peak, feels like we are using 2G, total scam, stay away from this app to make your business safe
