ESSA GARMENTS review for Shipway: Logistics Aggregation

We have been using Shipway as our courier aggregator for the past two years, and overall, our experience has been good. Thanks to Meetu Dhar (KAM) from Customer Support for their helpful support. When the new panel UI was introduced, there were a few flaws, but the team listened to our feedback and gradually resolved many issues. Also, appreciation to Megha Kaur from the Product Team for genuinely taking note of our suggestions. It's great to see a team that values client feedback and is willing to make improvements. Overall, a good experience with Shipway. We hope the remaining quirks and issues will also be resolved as quickly as possible in the future.
