The app is very helpful for multi-channel customer support. The free plan itself supports 3 channels which is more than enough for small and medium businesses. The default widget appearance needs customization. The customer support is top notch, helped us with customization right away. Tracy was an angel. Super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
