App does what it's stated to do. Support is very quick and does their best to be helpful. Just understand that Facebook is not a very transparent company, so getting a straight answer about what's happening can be difficult, as there's basically no communication with Facebook. App developer does their best given the difficulty with Facebook. Connecting to Marketplace could be have better instruction, but again it's not the dev's fault.

Representative was absolutely great. Very thorough and helpful. The rep was patient and and understood my requests. I was very happy to have an actual human to help. Highly recommend the service and support. The app is compatible with Social Media platforms. We used for selling on FB Marketplace. It was fairly simple to set up.

Works 1000x better than the Facebook Shopify app. Customer support has always been great. I installed this so that our Instagram shop would have all of our product images uploaded and it works great. For some reason the native Shopify facebook app only uploads one photo and doesn't format the product description properly...
