It works pretty well, but the most important for me was the support team, they get in touch with you as soon as you install the app and they guide you through so you can use it! Great job guys!

For an app to be free a receive an amazing service is unbelievable. I contacted customer service and Arpit helped me with setting up my Facebook and Instagram shop. Amazing person, he spent so much time and was so patient doing everything to make sure everything is set right. I am very happy and grateful for everything and thank you Arpit for all your help and so much time you put in today to help me get everything straightened out. five stars are less, there should be more than that.

What a great app. Super easy to use and the support team is really helpful. Way better than the generic Facebook extension for shopify

This app is SCAM. It does not allow you to post listings to Marketplace. Spent two hours setting it up only to be told by CS that this functionality isn't yet supported, despite the fact that that's the WHOLE POINT of the app. But the scam part comes in here - since I installed it I have gotten 3 spam WhatsApp messages from unrelated Indian companies trying to sell me their services, and multiple emails to my shopify email from similar Indian marketing and website design companies. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION. And you won't get the functionality you're promised, to boot.

The app works well. All products are uploaded and the support from Anand was great, including stepping me through each of the screen shots he required. Highly recommended.

This was an incredibly helpful and wonderful experience!! Every question and concerned was answered. I was given clear and concise information and instruction on how to set up the marketplace linked to my account. Very smooth and easy process. I feel much more confident about using this app moving forward. Fantastic, patient and kind customer service. I would give over 5 stars if I could!!!

Very satisfied! Highly recommend this team! I recently signed up with Shopify in the last 60 days. I tried to set up the various sales channels but didn't realize you need to have a good integration partner to help this process go smoothly. Needless to say, my Facebook Commerce shop was not published. I had no idea how to fix it. I had great experience with the CedCommerce team to help with integration to eBay and Walmart. It turns out they are experts with setting up and -working through Facebook set-up as well. I am so pleased with the service! This is the best tech support analyst team that i have worked with and they are a must have partnership! The team helped me to trouble shoot the issues, reconnect a new Facebook page, upload my Shopify inventory to commerce platform, marketplace, and Instagram. Very satisfied and cannot say enough good things about how the CedCommerce team got me up and running!

My Shopify store bugged out and wouldn't let me connect my FB or Instagram pages. Luckily this app was able to provide me the solution. The customer service is absolutely unbelievable! Their support team really cared and made sure that I was all fixed. 100% recommend this app!

Support is helpful and walks you through everything. The app is a bit complicated to set up. You cannot use this on a Facebook page that already has a Shop setup connected to Shopify, so you'll have to create a new FB page for this. I'm waiting for my marketplace application to be approved for now.
