This was an incredibly helpful and wonderful experience!! Every question and concerned was answered. I was given clear and concise information and instruction on how to set up the marketplace linked to my account. Very smooth and easy process. Very satisfied! Highly recommend this team! I recently signed up with Shopify in the last 60 days. I tried to set up the various sales channels but didn't realize you need to have a good integration partner to help this process go smoothly. Needless to say, my Facebook Commerce shop was not published. I had no idea how to fix it. I had great experience with the CedCommerce team to help with integration to eBay and Walmart. It turns out they are experts with setting up and -working through Facebook set-up as well. I am so pleased with the service! This is the best tech support analyst team that i have worked with and they are a must have partnership! The team helped me to trouble shoot the issues, reconnect a new Facebook page, upload my Shopify inventory to commerce platform, marketplace, and Instagram. Very satisfied and cannot say enough good things about how the CedCommerce team got me up and running!

My Shopify store bugged out and wouldn't let me connect my FB or Instagram pages. Luckily this app was able to provide me the solution. The customer service is absolutely unbelievable! Their support team really cared and made sure that I was all fixed. 100% recommend this app!

Support is helpful and walks you through everything. The app is a bit complicated to set up. You cannot use this on a Facebook page that already has a Shop setup connected to Shopify, so you'll have to create a new FB page for this. I'm waiting for my marketplace application to be approved for now.

The app is very advanced and sophisticated and with the help of their support team we got everything done seamlessly. All your shopify products could be displayed on social media FC and Instagram Sonali was the lady who helped me thru the whole steps of setting up the app and very helpful and patient.
