Awesome app. On boarding process may seem daunting, but CedCommerce is there to help you along the way. Customer service is remarkable, thank you guys! Great job CedCommerce.

Had trouble with linking with Facebook as we already have a Business Page. Contacted Customer Service. They were patient with me and walked me through every step and even reconnected with me after we lost the internet connection. Amazing Customer Service, which you rarely see anymore!!!

If I could give this app negative stars I would. Their customer service is horrible, the app has never worked right, its caused multiple customer service issues, purchases do not push to shopify, after multiple attempts at getting this fixed their foreign customer service and tech support still don't fix issues. They cannot type english correctly to communicate effectively. Every aspect of this app does not work right and FB should be ashamed of allowing such horrible companies to work with them. I regret ever using this company

super helpful app! Excellent customer service! I've had multiple issues with my store and the marketplace and they fixed them all in a timely manner with no headache!

Set up was pretty simple and the customer service is great. They walked me through the setup process step-by-step. Update: I had to reinstall the app and they helped me with setup using Google Meet. Very good customer service.

Facebook marketplace connector is an excellent app that helped me to list my products on the Facebook Marketplace and helped me in order management. I have started to receive sales through the app so it works very well. Shubhangi has been helping me to list my products on shopify and then moving them to Bonanza, Google Express and now Facebook Marketplace. Product and order sync works very well and I have no issues with this app. it helped me with everything I need, and if/when you need help, you can find someone easily to connect with who will help resolve your issue. Cedcommerce is one of the best app developers out there in the market. Their after sales support could not be better. I recommend this app to any store owner who is looking to increase their sales.
