I worked with CEDCOMMERCE for few platforms, but I recently had the pleasure of working with the support team for the Facebook & Instagram Shopping app on Shopify. I was extremely impressed with the level of patience and comprehensive assistance provided by the team member I worked with even during late hours.

Have to say we have been trying to get our shop on facebook for nearly 18 months but continued to run into brick walls, I found this app yesterday and within a day we are finally on facebook shop, thanks to Ashish we are now live on facebook.

I love this app and all that it has to offer. I have the app with them for Etsy integration and I have been so pleased I felt this would be my best choice for Facebook and Instagram. After setting up I contacted them to make sure I did everything correctly and they were extremely patient with me and took the needed time to make sure everything was perfect. I am more than happy ... Thank you so much

Perfect App for the Facebook & Instagram shop. Easy & fast action. The most satisfying part is the super spontaneous customer support! They do everything to help you get everything right. And the way their service is so flexible, through live chat, call or email. Wonderful experience!

After nearly two years of using Ced Commerce, I regretfully need to voice my concerns. While the app functions well when things run smoothly, it becomes a different story when issues arise. My primary disappointment stems from their customer service. Although they have consistently responded with courtesy, it often seemed that they lacked a deeper understanding of their own product. The solutions they offered were basic and unfortunately fell short of resolving my challenges. This back-and-forth became a significant drain on my time, leading to missed sales opportunities and considerable frustration. Considering this is a paid app, the value proposition diminishes significantly when facing these challenges, as the customer service seems to do the bare minimum in providing support. In the fast-paced world of online stores, time is of the essence, especially when you have active advertising campaigns. Every moment spent trying to troubleshoot with Ced Commerce was a moment too long. My advice is to consider other apps. While Ced Commerce might work fine when there are no hiccups, be prepared for lengthy and frustrating endeavors should any issues emerge.
