They have no support even with $19 plan. For support you have to buy $299 plan. Its rubbish actually. Never trust a company which have hidden agenda to sell.

I just installed the app. I had a little trouble synching my Shopify catalog,but the customer support was amazing. They were patience and got me set up. This app will greatly help with synching my Shopify store with our Facebook and Instagram shops. This app allowed additional product images to be synched other than just the default ones which I could do with the FB / IG app that I was using. This will help our marketing on Meta tremendously.

I worked with CEDCOMMERCE for few platforms, but I recently had the pleasure of working with the support team for the Facebook & Instagram Shopping app on Shopify. I was extremely impressed with the level of patience and comprehensive assistance provided by the team member I worked with even during late hours.

Have to say we have been trying to get our shop on facebook for nearly 18 months but continued to run into brick walls, I found this app yesterday and within a day we are finally on facebook shop, thanks to Ashish we are now live on facebook.

I love this app and all that it has to offer. I have the app with them for Etsy integration and I have been so pleased I felt this would be my best choice for Facebook and Instagram. After setting up I contacted them to make sure I did everything correctly and they were extremely patient with me and took the needed time to make sure everything was perfect. Great service! Just started using the app. They helped me set my Facebook up with my store! They synced all my products to my Facebook shop for me! We are working on getting Instagram setup now! It has been a smooth process!
