After nearly two years of using Ced Commerce, I regretfully need to voice my concerns. While the app functions well when things run smoothly, it becomes a different story when issues arise. My primary disappointment stems from their customer service. Although they have consistently responded with courtesy, it often seemed that they lacked a deeper understanding of their own product. The solutions they offered were basic and unfortunately fell short of resolving my challenges. This back-and-forth became a significant drain on my time, leading to missed sales opportunities and considerable frustration. Considering this is a paid app, the value proposition diminishes significantly when facing these challenges, as the customer service seems to do the bare minimum in providing support. In the fast-paced world of online stores, time is of the essence, especially when you have active advertising campaigns. Every moment spent trying to troubleshoot with Ced Commerce was a moment too long. My advice is to consider other apps. While Ced Commerce might work fine when there are no hiccups, be prepared for lengthy and frustrating endeavors should any issues emerge.

One of the better apps for Facebook and Instagram. 24 hour support and constantly updates your product plus you can run ads from your Shopify admin. Was a good app before the upgrade. After the upgrade always received an error page. Uninstalled and reinstalled and left the update running for hours and it never finished.

Super helpful! Excellent Responsiveness! Knowledge Staff! I installed their app on a Saturday morning and when I clicked their help contact button I did not expect to actually speak with someone. Just spent a good hour+ with a rep who helped me connect my account. I shared my shared my screen, but my mic didn't work. The rep was so patient and helped me navigate through everything very well considering. My facebook shop is a disaster due to a former app I was using; their app was not feeding/updating my page which has resulted in a big problem. I use CedCommerce for eBay and was very impressed with the set-up process, knowledge of the reps and how patient and helpful they were. Since I discovered my facebook issue, I found CedCommerce also data feeds to facebook. So glad I did.They are working to resolve the issue. I look forward to using this app for my future facebook shop. Highly recommended! Thank you!
