I was recommended this app after the Facebook app I was using initially stopped working and it hadn’t worked for months. Didn’t know what was the issue and had to go through multiple people to figure out the issue. Eventually after it was escalated to a Shopify assistant they recommended this app instead. It was easy and seem-less especially with the help of the live assistant that was very patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything that made the process so much better. Hopefully I can now regain lost traffic and potential sales due to his guidance. Would definitely recommend this app for sure. So happy

Like many others, I've been having a lot of trouble connecting facebook and instagram. My issues seem to run much deeper than the ap itself, but they were willing to reach out and solve the issues! I've been trying to get instagram shopping to work for months now and sincerely appreciate the help!

The support they offer gives you the basic solution trouble shooting steps all the time. I have so many issues with my feed, they do not invest time in helping their clients and they keep asking for good reviews everytime they give a simple solution, no wonder why they have so many good reviews.

They don't serve what they promise. The reason I added for facebook marketplace and I followed their guide and it didn't work. They jus make it up lie about facebook will change blah blah. My account enable facebook marketplace and still didn't push my listings. Poor knowledge customer service. I don't recomended if you want to use for facebook marketplace
