Excellent app, outstanding support I installed Zotek to set up my Meta Pixel and Conversions API for my jewelry store, and I'm genuinely impressed — both with the app and with the team behind it. The setup was straightforward: the Pixel Manager is clean, connecting the Conversions API was simple, and all the standard events (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, CartView) started firing correctly. The server-side tracking is a real advantage — it means I'm not losing data to iOS restrictions or ad blockers. What really stood out was the support. I ran into what I thought was a tracking issue and reached out. The team responded quickly, stayed patient, and walked me through verifying everything properly with Meta Pixel Helper. It turned out the pixel had been working correctly all along — Meta simply doesn't report events in real time, and their app runs inside Shopify's Web Pixels sandbox, which made my own console checks misleading. They took the time to explain how it actually works instead of just closing the ticket. That kind of support makes a real difference when you're setting up tracking for the first time and want to be sure your data is solid before spending on ads.
