I don’t understand the point of claiming that your app supports COD forms if the Purchase event isn’t triggered when the order status changes after COD submission. In reality, a “purchase” is counted as soon as a lead is submitted — not when the customer actually pays. This exact same functionality is offered by many free apps, such as EasySell. So what’s the advantage of using your app? On top of that, your support team gives conflicting information — one person says one thing, another says something completely different. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate your feature request about tracking data event when a buyer purchases in reality. However, please allow me to explain that when a buyer pays after they receive the order in reality can not be recorded as an event on website, as a result, it's obiviously unable to count it as an event to track. Also, just to clarify, even the action submit form COD on Shopify website also works in a different flow than the normal flow of Shopify checkout. Therefore, most of Shopify tracking pixels apps had been still unsupported. In this case, our Development team had been working on a solution to track when a buyer submits COD form on page and now Zotek: Facebook Pixel & Tiktok Pixel can track this event, which is called the "Purchase" event in Report Dashboard.
