I had such a great experience with Z! Mia, the supporter, was amazing. She walked me through everything step by step and made setting up my Facebook and TikTok Pixels so easy. I’m not super tech-savvy, but she was really patient and explained things in a way I could understand.

Zotek is a game-changer for anyone like me struggling with tracking pixels! The main features is its seamless ability to track the Facebook pixel (and even the TikTok pixel, which I haven’t used yet but plan to). The facebook events is reported in real-time. I had been dealing with ongoing issues using META’s native Facebook&Instagram app, and switching to Zotek completely solved the problem. It works flawlessly, and the insights are accurate and immediate, giving me full confidence in my campaigns. Replacing Meta’s native app with Zotek has been the best decision I’ve made for my store’s tracking setup. On top of that, the support team is phenomenal. I worked with Mia and Liam, and their care, patience, and dedication were extraordinary. They walked me through every detail, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and answering all my questions, no matter how small. If you’re looking for a reliable and feature-rich app to handle your pixel tracking, Zotek is the way to go. Zotek has been very helpful so far. We had an onboarding and were assisted by Liam, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted with issues beyond our initial issue and did so quite promptly
