How do you reach a real person??? It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to reach a human for help with my Facebook account. I've sent messages after messages just asking if someone could reach out to me to guide me to fixing the issues I am having. It has been over a year and still not one Facebook help support person contact me. So, now my accounts in limbo. And costing me money. Ps. I don't like TikTok really. But, easier to get customer support help there than Facebook. Which is ridiculous because of Facebook size and standing. " If I could get Facebook customer support a half of star I would.
