Set this up through Shopify and it automatically created a new dataset in Meta separate from my current business profile. It's been impossible to merge them and has created a ton of headaches. Meta support hasn't been helpful at all either.

Worst customer support I ever experienced. Always need to be afraid my account gets banned for no reason and without any way to recover it. Even though I'm spending thousands on ads each day. Literally every single time I do something my account gets flagged for being hacked or something else. Professional Ad accounts should not be tied to a personal account.

The app is powerful, but troubleshooting can be frustrating. Some features are difficult to understand, and error messages are often unclear. Product synchronization and ad placement compatibility could be improved. Better support and clearer explanations would make the app much easier to use.

Meta is absolutely useless as a sales channel. I lost access to my business page, and there is no way to restore it. Now my business page is bobbing in the Facebook ocean, abandoned. Additionally, I think Meta has already stopped understanding what they are developing and how to link together all their digital useless products.

So hard to integrate and support is useless

Uff. Wie alles von Meta: Eine einzige Katastrophe. Pixel werden nicht richtig installiert, Events nicht übertragen, stängdig gibt es Probleme. Ich wundere mich echt, wie Meta so groß werden konnte. ABSOLUT NICHT zu empfehlen!

Sincronizza solo una parte dei prodotti e non si capisce perché. Pessima usabilità.
