this app needs to be updated. It doesnt allow you to change your fb or ig page login once its on one page. so its not allowing me to switch btw my different profile accounts. Meta all together needs a lot of updates. just over this whole app and its blocking me from getting more money. I see why it has 3 stars it sucks simple

Tengo un problema de duplicación del evento compra lo que altera mis resultados en ads ya que infla las ventas afectando directamente en mi negocio, me contacte con shopify culpaba a meta siendo que ellos son los que debían solucionar el problema, tuve que pagar a desarrollador que fue la unica solucion que me dio shopify, y el desarrollador dice que la app debe solucionar el problema y tardan dias en responder y sigo sin poder optimizar bien mis campañas

Horrible event tracking. Horrible app. I envy those who say that it doesn't connect to their store. Feel yourself lucky! 1 star is way too much for this app.

All I want is to be able to tag products that send people to my website. I have been through 50 million settings 20 different help files (non of which have correct or instructions that actually match the page they tell you to visit) I now have multiple pixels I believe and catalogues. This is a horrible experience. I should probably just shut it off!!!

Other than it being a Shopify Direct Sales Channel, it's pretty much useless. Don't bother understanding it.

I have tried 10 times to install this and connect my business accounts to no avail. Using Chrome helped but the connection failed each time. I just get a red warning box that says "Something went wrong". Blocked by Meta again.

Could not enable data sharing in the app. Shopify support kept pushing me to Facebook support, and Facebook support pushed me to Shopify support. Quite literally going in circles. If enabling data sharing fails once, just add a custom pixel. They're just not very good at this.

meta is useless I did not even get an ad up nor money set up. they canceled me the AI was the only. help they offer, it told me that the reason for disabling my account was I was using my funds and my ads in a fraudulent manure even though i said i had no ads and no money the reply was the decision is final. screw meta it was a worthless maze of confusion anyways. -5 stars

No support, lack of care and completely automated ignore system when problems occur. Each and every response from them is a "thank you for waiting"
