For a $trillion company this is one of the worst apps i have ever dealt with. UPDATE- Looks like Shopify and Meta auto-synced all discount codes to FB Shops- so all of your Loyalty codes, etc got synced to Meta Shops - why would anyone in either dev team do that? Support is non existent, chat is terrible - either they do not know what is going on or they send you a Help page link. Simply put this Meta channel will not work with products that have multiple variants - like size AND color - unless you have a unique url for EVERY option If you use an app like Globo to set up color options it will not be recognized by FB or IG shops - so i would not bother. Also you will miss out on proper on site messaging like popups, cross sells, email collection, etc It was a massive waste of time for me and we ended up with lots of orders for bracelets of a certain size but no leather color - so no way to know what to ship. Truly shocking that Meta would outsource support to India or wherever - what are they copying Amazon??
