RISEN review for Facebook & Instagram

I am extremely disappointed with Instagram and Facebook after two years of trying to address an ongoing issue with product visibility on my Facebook Shop and TikTok Shop. Despite countless attempts to contact support and resolve the issue, my products remain invisible to potential customers, significantly slowing down the growth and visibility of my brand. As a small business owner, I rely on these platforms to reach my audience, but their lack of responsiveness and failure to fix this problem has been beyond frustrating. Why is it so difficult to make products visible to the customers who want them? Their inefficiency and lack of support have caused unnecessary delays in my brand's growth, and it's deeply disheartening to see platforms that claim to empower small businesses fall so short in delivering on their promises. If Instagram and Facebook truly value their business users, they need to prioritize resolving these issues and providing the support we need to thrive.
