I’ve been extremely disappointed with the Facebook and Instagram app on Shopify. Over time, recurring issues—especially the repeated rejection of our products on both Facebook and Instagram—have made it nearly impossible to run effective advertising campaigns. Unfortunately, these issues aren’t isolated; they’re part of a broader, ongoing problem with Meta’s platform, and there’s been no meaningful support available to help resolve them. Due to these persistent challenges, we have ultimately ceased advertising with Meta altogether. It’s frustrating to invest time and resources into a tool that not only fails to deliver on its promises but also leaves you without the necessary support when problems arise. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that significant improvements are made to both the product approval process and customer support infrastructure.
