Tabby Cat Coffee Company review for Facebook & Instagram

I installed this app to set up IG shopping and its so confusing and wouldn't allow me to complete the setup and now I can't even add my IG shop by just my FB catalog saying now my website URL is taken by a different business, because the FB channel app verified my URL and now its all messed up and IG thinks the FB channel claimed it.... how can I even remove that?

It seems that this could be related to the Facebook domain verification process, which is not separated from Instagram per say.
