there is no support with this app - I have been hacked 3 weeks ago, they took over my socials and pages, I have sent in several support tickets to remove the app from Shopify as the hacker is charging my ads account and using our pixel to retarget and no support. Shopify's hands are tied because its a 3rd party app. VERY disappointed in META. They need to take some cues from Shopify in support.

With the Facebook channel now being owned by Meta, the marketing section for Facebook in Shopify has since been removed, and all ads will now need to be run from directly within the Facebook Ads account.
