App does not sync properly and Faire has zero support to help you navigate the connection. Their support team never responds to emails and their further claims to "investigate further". Products and data do not sync into Faire. Waste of company time and resources.

Fairly smooth except did not like photo options for main photo on homepage. Rectangle shape and space did not work well for most photos

I had a very disappointing experience with the Faire integration for Shopify. After spending a month in endless back-and-forth messages, Francisco (Faire Integrations) failed to connect the module to my store. Once it became clear he couldn’t solve the issue, he simply refused to help me any further. Since then, the company has completely stopped responding to my messages. I invested my time and effort expecting reliable support, but instead I was left with no solution and no communication. This level of service is unacceptable.
