So easy to use and I love Faire. They were so active and quick getting my storefront together.

I was able to set up my store correctly, but then when I go to check my products, there not showing up and there's no screen to see them. I cannot stress how hard technical issues have made things.

This app is really great until it's not. Some products publish perfectly and the inventory sync is on point. Other items (and they're completely random) don't pull over to Faire at all. I'll double check every setting is correct and all info is in there...nothing. The customer service is non-existent. I'll go to Faire and ask for help there and they ask if you actually have the product in Shopify. Well...obviously lol. For anyone experiencing the same issue as us: add the product directly to Faire and match the SKU to the product in Shopify. From here, it SHOULD show up in the Faire Wholesale app on Shopify as 'not-linked'. We still can't figure out a rhyme or reason as to why some products don't pull through. It's so frustrating and I wish there were more help.

CELA ÉTAIT TRÈS SIMPLE AVANT, MAIS IL A EVIDEMMENT FALLU QU'ILS "AMÉLIORENT TOUT", RÉSULTAT, RIEN DE FONCTIONNE PLUS CORRECTEMENT !!!! L'ASSISTANCE N'Y CONNAÎT RIEN, SEULE SOLUTION, LES CONTACTER PAR EMAIL, CE QUI PREND UN TEMPS ABSOLUMENT DÉMENTIEL !!!!!!!! ENTRE CHAQUE E-MAIL ET CHAQUE RÉPONSE, IL S'ÉCOULE 24H, ALORS AUTANT DIRE QUE CA PREND DES MOIS POUR RÉGLER UN SIMPLE PROBLEME !!!!
