Fairing lets us understand how the shopping experience impacted our customers. We're using a combination of onsite surveys, post-purchase and post-delivery surveys to learn how we can improve our overall customer experience. The Fairing team is really impressive with customer service. I hadn't reached out before and needed help with the Google Sheets integration and they helped with everything! Awesome service, and great product.

Fairing is really simple to get set up and their team is great to work with. Don't take the ease of use to mean the product is not sophisticated, it is and getting the data into our Looker instance has been easy too - though for quick analysis, I go straight to the dashboard

Fairing has been essential for us to understand the impact on the business for our influencer, organic social, and partnership efforts especially. Getting a holistic understanding beyond paid media of acquisition is critical for us. It's such an easy to use tool and helps us uncover other interesting insights from our purchasers. One the best platforms on Shopify - an essential technology. As it becomes harder and harder to understand where a customer is coming from, Fairing helps you find the answer. The analytics in the platform are super strong - and getting better every month. I love that I can lifetime value by acquisition source. Matt and the team are really excellent - always so helpful and super responsive. Get this, you won't regret it.

Simple to use, but it has some really sophisticated features if you want to dig below the surface. Very active development team too, so there are always new updates and improvements. Can't wait to see what they add next!

Migrated to Fairing from our previous post purchase survey partner about a year ago and has been such a great move. They've been great partners throughout the whole process and helping with some mapping challenges we were having with our Influencer activations and were able to find a solve. Would 100% recommend.

Beware of sudden price changes. They told us we must pay 347% more this year and 1,381% more in year 2. Although they charged us for another month of service 2 days ago, they have deactivated all access to the data today.
Hi Taylor – huge apologies for how we handled the recent pricing change. As we’ve grown, updating legacy plans became necessary to keep Fairing sustainable.
