Fairing Post Purchase Surveys

Migrated to Fairing from our previous post purchase survey partner about a year ago and has been such a great move. They've been great partners throughout the whole process and helping with some mapping challenges we were having with our Influencer activations and were able to find a solve. Would 100% recommend.

Beware of sudden price changes. They told us we must pay 347% more this year and 1,381% more in year 2. Although they charged us for another month of service 2 days ago, they have deactivated all access to the data today.

Fairing is a great way to survey your customers in a minimal friction way. You're getting feedback from your fresh customers at their highest point of excitement. It's been very valuable to understand why they made their purchase.

Great overall experience with Fairing. Helps to provide another solid data point for attribution. The question stream is a little different than a fixed survey but it's more versatile and for returning customers you don't end up repeating the same questions. Good analytics and integrations.
