Fairing lets us understand how the shopping experience impacted our customers. We're using a combination of onsite surveys, post-purchase and post-delivery surveys to learn how we can improve our overall customer experience. The Fairing team is really impressive with customer service. I hadn't reached out before and needed help with the Google Sheets integration and they helped with everything! Awesome service, and great product.

Fairing is really simple to get set up and their team is great to work with. Don't take the ease of use to mean the product is not sophisticated, it is and getting the data into our Looker instance has been easy too - though for quick analysis, I go straight to the dashboard

One the best platforms on Shopify - an essential technology. As it becomes harder and harder to understand where a customer is coming from, Fairing helps you find the answer. The analytics in the platform are super strong - and getting better every month. I love that I can lifetime value by acquisition source.
