We responded to all your messages and even offered an online meeting, which you scheduled but didn't attend. While we do understand that it is frustrating, if certain app features don't work as intended, the note 'hard to contact' feels harsh in this context. Aside from that, there is only one feature in the app that you reported to us as not working as intended. As we informed you, this is a feature still in beta testing, so wir still improving it, which sometimes takes time. With a little patience, we will fix the feature. In the meantime, there are other ways to do what the feature you struggled with does, so we could have worked around it.
