If you use this app.... be advised that it is very buggy. 1. The "free" version still has a monthly usage charge... don't be fooled, it is not free. 2. The "submit a question" upgrade has multiple technical issues that the technicians cannot seem to get corrected. And I tested the "submit" on multiple platforms and browsers and always get bad results.
We have customized the Submit button according to your request. And the free plan does not require you to pay a single dollar, why are you giving such a bad review to the app? Is that fair to us? You come from a country of civility and politeness. I hope you reconsider your review. There are few applications that support customers via email and chat like ours. We are not fooling you.
