This app is spectacularly organized and easy to set up. Whether you have 5 questions or 500 - It is so clear and easy to navigate for the end user, with so many customizations for us shop owners. I love it - very well thought out! Incredibly responsive developer. My highest recommendation!!

We've had this app for over 2.5 years and have a LOT of FAQs. We just had an issue where we realised it wasn't displaying on mobile properly. Support responded and fixed it for us within 24 hours. It was due to us upgrading to 2.0 and not realising this app wasn't working on mobile with our theme. Great service and great app. Definitely recommend the app and excellent support.

I do recommend this app, not only for his developer, really helpful but the app itself does a lot. I really love the feature that personalises the FAQ by product.
