Perfect App, nice Themes/Design and Settings. Works best for our purpose. We are on the free version (max. 10 FAQs) right now. Considering the (fair priced) upgrade, though. Thanks and keep up with the great work!
I highly recommend anyone who going to have the FAQ on your site to use this app. The setup can be easily done and able to customize to suit for your brand. Also support team will help you to solve and assist on some task to minimize your time!
HelpLab is an outstanding all that has features that make it look like you have a full time developer on staff! Even better, the founder Amanda responds immediately, takes action and shows she cares about the success of your business!

I love this App. It is clean, simple to use and the perfect look for my brand. The customer service is lightning-fast and lovely.
This app is excellent. It is extremely well thought out with lots of ways to customize how it looks built into it - colors, background colors, formatting, etc. Plus you can reorder and the Search with keywords is excellent. I had a very minor issue with using custom CSS to match our site, so I reached out to the developer. She was very quick to respond and fixed it perfectly and followed up to ensure it was correct. Very impressive and highly recommended.

This is a great app and Bhushan responds to messages very quickly, which I appreciate very much. I'm eager to see a way to index faq as distinct URLs so it's possible to send a specific link to customers via email (instead of giving them the FAQ URL and asking them to type of the keyword search to find the longer). I'm the first person to ask for this feature, so it's not on the list of scheduled updates -- if anyone else has ever needed such a feature, please ask and maybe it will be built :)

When choosing an option for my website, there were so many FAQ pages to pick from. I am so glad that after some research I chose the HelpLab FAQ Page app. It was very easy to set up, and I love that I will also be able to add it to my product and check out pages as well. I am still very new at this, and had a couple questions in the process and Bhushan replied very quickly, and helped solve the problem right away. I highly recommend!

Bhushan was very quick and helpful in helping me solve the issue although it was way past midnight! Thumbs up and I definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a faq table to display on your online store or below your product tabs!

Oh, look who dropped by our app like a ninja with a one-star review – our competitor! They must have mistaken us for a limbo contest, because they're trying to lower our app ranking by giving us 1 star review! First off, our translation feature has been groovin' for a solid 2+ years, so props to our competitor for not winning the "App Feature Detective of the Year" award. Better luck next time, Sherlock! And seriously, 7 minutes after installation? That's some speedy reviewing! We didn't even have time to break out the welcome dance. Maybe next time they can give our app the attention it deserves before making their grand exit. Oh, and did we mention the Shopify shenanigans? Apparently, our competitor's 1-star review spree got them in hot water – Shopify froze their store like it's a scene from a winter blockbuster. Looks like karma is quicker than their reviewing skills.

I had a few problems trying to install this app at first, (problems with my computer, not with the app), so I contacted the developer for assistance. I have to say that his level of support was truly exceptional! He answered all of my emails within minutes and didn't stop helping until we'd resolved the issue. I've not often experienced technical support as good as this so I felt it was worth mentioning. Regarding the app, it does everything I need from an FAQ page, easy to set up, easy to try out different colour combinations etc. and intuitive to use. I can definitely recommend.
