Thanks for providing an easy to install and set up FAQ application - and it does what we need for our site without any issues. I have only needed support once and that turned out to be a Shopify issue, but I had an immediate response. thanks Bev

The app works great and helps a lot with organizing FAQs. The translations also work well. The support is exceptionally fast, helpful and very kind. It would be great to have the option of formatting the questions as h2 or h3. This is important for SEO.

We are absolutely in love with this app! It offers a wide range of features and the developer is exceptionally responsive and prompt in addressing any concerns. We had encountered an issue where we lost all our FAQs, but the support team was incredibly helpful in restoring everything seamlessly.

Just wanted to say thankyou for this excellent FAQ ap. I wanted to add a clear FAQ in a style of an accordion that makes it easy for customers to open up that area and it does also help build some trust with my customers. Also thanks for the super quick support from Brushan.

The idea is good. If you have a Dutch store you are forced to get a premium subscription. You can not translate the text into your store's languages This was my bad he contacted me and solved it
Appreciate a lot :) Thanks for understanding and giving me a chance to serve you. For clarification to others, if you have just 1 language on your store, you don't need a premium subscription of app. You can simply create FAQs in your primary language and app would adapt that and work as usual. Premium subscription is only require if you have more than 1 language :)

I have tried a few of the apps for FAQs and product questions. So far I Iike this one because it's simple but also quiet adaptable. With other apps I often hit issues because they only work on shopify 1 or shopify 2 themes. With this app there a few different ways to implement it. You don't end having to uninstall it and go and find another app!

Great response time and a willingness to help tweak CSS settings, which is huge for companies who aren't familiar with it. I also love that you can plug FAQs anywhere on your site. Recommend!!
