Amazon MCF by ByteStand

We're a small $40 p/m customer for ByteStand's app, yet they went out of their way to help configure our Shopify store to automate fulfilment of our Website orders using our Amazon FBA stock. Once you understand how their app works, it's real neat and totally removed our Shopify + FBA integration headache... Highly recommend....

I use the app to move orders received into Shopify to Amazon for MCF Fulfillment. I also use the app to update Shopify with Selling Prices and Inventory Quantities from Amazon. I highly recommend ByteStand. The set-up was straight-forward and easy. They have a series of very short videos that explain and walk you through each step. If you do have questions, need help with a step or run into any issues, their support (based in the U.S.) is terrific! If the functionality is what you need, I would definitely go with ByteStand Amazon FBA / MCF Shipping.

ByteStand customer service is awesome. They are actually human and are available during business hours to help. Cara was very knowledgeable, helped me with both of my stores, and got me fixed up in no time.

Having automated integration from Shopify to Amazon fulfillment is truly a miracle. The orders go through every time. Customer service is wicked fast. Cara not only makes great YouTube tutorial videos to help with set up, she'll even answer the phone every time you call and help you with any trouble shooting needed.

We've been using the app since a year now and the integration works great. Minor issues that needed to be sorted out but Todd from the team has helped us resolve it.

Works great to connect FBA to Shopify and fulfill orders. The virtual bundle feature is also a big win, cutting down on time to fulfill orders of products we usually sell together. Customer support is great and gets back to us with any questions we may have.

Cara and the team have built an impressive app, and their support is incredible. Many times with app support you feel you're talking to people who don't really know the technical intricacies but not with Bytestand. And their videos are even more helpful.

This app and Cara from the customer support team is a life saver. If you do Amazon MCF just get it.!

We had a little difficulty getting the account setup in the beginning but they have the most amazing support team who worked with us diligently until everything was working perfectly. I would definitely recommend their Amazon FBA shipping app and Cara is the best!!

We have just added the App, still need to see how well it works and integrates. But Cara was so supportive and checking all the settings were correct.

I absolutely LOVE this app. It has saved me so many headaches in terms of my shipping needs. It's easy to install, and Cara is just excellent with her customer service. I've found very few vendors offering the kind of customer service Cara offers with her apps. The customer service is fast, efficient, and excellent! We had a few issues due to our own inexperience, and customer service solved them within a couple of hours!

Have to say the the app is so brilliant that meets all of my need. It can be integrated to the marketing functions like bundle, subscription, etc. In this app you can process almost every request of the fullfillment and shipping by FBA. And so much thanks for Cara, who helps me solve the problem in just few seconds!
