Had an issue related to subscription app which was not working with Amazon FBA, i raised the issue with help support via chat with "CARA" who was most helpful indeed. she sorted the problem in no time and went further to assist me in providing detailed instructions to get the customer order sorted. Bug shout out to CARA at Bytestand for sorting this and being incredibly helpful! If only everyone at all the help desk supports were as efficient as her then we would be well ahead of the game!!! Thank you again for excellent customer support from CARA!

I love this app. Makes shipping so much easier. I never have to pack another order again and all inventory is synced and auto shipped through FBA. It's the best FBA app so far! Cara has been such a great help also with any issues we have had, which haven't been many! =]

I had a minor issue which turned out to be with Amazon (duuh) and not the app but Cara from their support team was incredibly helpful and took ownership of my issue from start till end. Definitively 5-star support and the app does what it should and is really easy to set up.

This is the right partner for connecting your Amazon to your Shopify store. Cara in customer service is a one person show, but she absolutely kills it. Customer service is the reason to choose this app as your partner. I also use their snap sync app. Both are solid.
