This app works as described. Cara was helpful beyond my expectations and answered the questions I had with screenshots & videos, while clarifying some aspects of Amazon Seller, FBA, MCF etc.

the app guides you well through the installation process and is not a hassle in any way. it will save us a ton of time in the future! when we faced some issues due to our wrong settings set up, Cara was extremely helpful to resolve the issue and has even pointed out some other things she noticed in the settings that could be problematic. she even made a vid for our shop to guide us through the settings. Thank you Cara :) Recommend this app 10/10

Best customer service I've ever come across. I've had a few issues (nothing to do with ByteStand) and their help is over the top. Responds very quickly and give detailed help. She usually sends videos that takes me through the whole process. I'm very impressed!

We have sold on Amazon since 2018 and the apps work perfectly for our business. Amazon import and FBA shipping. Trick is to watch the video guides. Once you have everything setup you can then ask the support team to check everything over. Byte stand were able to login to our store remotely and provide screen shot step by steps. Support provided by Cara was absolutely top notch. This is why we are giving a 5 star review.

Excellent service and great apps to link Amazon with Shopify! Cara in support is excellent and always available to help out with the set-up! The apps are excellent for Amazon sellers wanting to have FBA fulfilment.

This app has saved us so much time and money! They always handle help resolve our issues even if it means reaching out to other apps and working together with them. They are a small team so responses can take up to a few hours for them to get back to you on. Sometimes this can cause issues if it relates to a functionality that you need for sales. It is rare that we have had that issue. Overall 5 stars! Bytestand thank you for your incredible service! Everyone else reading this just buy the app and save yourself some time! Great app. Does exactly what I need it to do. Customer support are also fast and helpful. This is really the best option when using Amazon FBA and shopify together.
