This app has saved us so much time and money! They always handle help resolve our issues even if it means reaching out to other apps and working together with them. They are a small team so responses can take up to a few hours for them to get back to you on. Sometimes this can cause issues if it relates to a functionality that you need for sales. Definitely the best FBA app for Europe: it provides precise tracking to customers (through Amazon swiship service), it allows customer selecting delivery speed and it also enable customizing Amazon Packing Slip. Technical support is excellent!
